Langford Rae started as an Estate Agent in 1969 originally working for Hamptons International in London and then in Bromley.

He subsequently moved to Sevenoaks and worked for Parson Welch and Cowell before setting up his own business in September 1986 in Chelsfield.

1994 - THE PROGRESSION
In
1994 Sevenoaks office was opened with his partner Mr Tim O'Neil, who has over
twenty five years experience in the profession.

AMALGAMATION
The offices at Edenbridge and Kemsing provided an ideal network in and around the North Weald Kent area.
In 1997 they established a link with the Mayfair office in the West End ensuring that their office's would achieve excellent local and national coverage for their clients.
